We do our utmost to create a safe environment for meetings and exchanges during our events and in our halls. Please take note of our various measures before you come to Digitalize.
Cleaning and hygiene
Desinfection
During our events, all surfaces will be cleaned with a disinfectant that is also used in hospitals. The most affected surfaces will be regularly disinfected.
Hand hygiene
Disinfectant gel will be available throughout the event, including in common areas (e.g. seminar rooms). Please remember to disinfect your hands regularly.
Smart Badge Technology
In addition to convenience, our Smart Badge technology also allows you to attend Digitalize safely. Your Smart Badge will be given to you upon arrival and you will receive all the information you requested via email at the end of the day. With your badge, you can electronically obtain information about the products and companies discovered at Digitalize without any physical contact.
Contactless payment
For obvious health reasons, we only accept contactless payments in our Easyfairs showrooms.
Catering
You can always buy food and drink at Digitalize. Our caterer will comply with all government-mandated hygiene measures. Please remember to disinfect your hands before eating.
Ventilation
We equip all our halls with CO2 meters and ensure adequate ventilation.

Please always keep a distance of 1.5 meters.
